This was the one I watched hatch last night. This morning there were 4 hatched. Brett was so excited to see them! This video is a bit long but this is why I said it was "traumatic" coming into the world!
wow, it is amazing to see. and to think that you cant help them as it is all part of the process they need to go thru to survive. How often we want to help others, but really it is all part of the process. But we can watch and bring them before the One who can help.
I had an egg for breakfast... I've had a lot of them lately, since eggs are on the list of 'you-may-eat-this' foods... they're good, too.
So, what I wanted to do was reach out and end that poor thing's misery... good thing I wasn't there- I don't think I could have stood it. Then I thought- well he needs a nice fluffy towel now and a warm light and a bottle. Poor little thing! It is pretty amazing! Wonderful that you have that for the kids this year. And Brett gets a front row seat. Neat.

I post things to share & remember about our son, cat, family, day care/preschool, home, decor, crafts and life as we know it. I appreciate all your kind comments! Thanks too, to those who don't comment but then tell me they read when I see them!
